T.E.P. is a program designed to help  with the transition from illness to a full return to the workplace through a series of steps such as:                                                      

Step 1: casual employment through our own job bank complete with job coaches to ensure quality control to the employer and to help the member with any issues which may arise in the workplace. The job coach can act as a liaison between the employer and the employee until the employee feels able to act in his/her own best interests.

Due to minimal funding, our TEP program remains in the Casual Job Bank phase.  We currently have one staff member who fulfills all roles i.e. Office Coordinator, Job Coach and Employment Counsellor.

Our own carwash set up in the parking lot of Community Welcome operates during the summer months.
